Q: Will you drop me off at my hotel or the address I enter in the booking form? A: Yes, all our Vienna Airport transfer services are door-to-door. We always transfer you directly to the address you specify in your booking, whether it is a hotel, office, or private address.

Q: Will other passengers be traveling with us in the vehicle? A: No. We provide private transfers only. The vehicle is exclusively for your use. A private transfer means: no other passengers in the vehicle; door-to-door service; fixed and all-inclusive pricing.

Q: When should I book my transfer with wientransfer.com? A: We advise booking as soon as possible, but at least 24 hours in advance. During peak season we receive many reservations and require time to professionally prepare for your private transfer service.

Q: What is the luggage capacity of your vehicles? A: The luggage capacity of each vehicle is shown in Step 2 of the online booking process. For example, a regular car has capacity for up to 4 passengers, 4 regular-sized bags, and 4 pieces of hand luggage. If you have any doubts about whether your luggage will fit in the vehicle, please upgrade to a larger vehicle.

Q: I am traveling with a baby/child. Do you provide baby/child seats? A: We have baby seats and child seats available. In very rare cases, due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., vehicle substitution), we may not be able to provide a baby seat/child seat. If you are not willing to travel without a baby/child seat, we strongly recommend bringing your own.

Q: What is the price of your Vienna Airport transfer service? A: Please begin making your booking by selecting the route you need. In Step 2 of the online booking process, you will see available vehicles and prices for your transfer.

Q: I cannot find my destination in your online booking system. A: Please contact us and describe the service you require.

Q: Do you charge extra for debit or credit card payments? A: No, we do not charge any additional fees for debit or credit card payments.

Q: Is it necessary to provide my mobile number when booking? A: Yes. It is crucial that you provide a mobile number where we can reach you upon your arrival in Vienna. This is very important so we can contact you and you can contact us as well. Should you encounter any issues at the airport—such as getting lost, luggage delays, or immigration problems—you should inform us via our emergency number and/or your driver's mobile number so we are aware of the situation. We may also call you if the driver has been waiting for an extended period and we need information about your status. It is essential that the mobile number you provide belongs to you (the passenger) and not to a travel agent or relative who is not traveling with you.

Q: Where will I meet the driver when I arrive? A: Your driver will wait for you at the arrival gate of Vienna Airport. The arrival gate is inside the terminal—please do not go outside. The driver will hold a sign with your name. Please refer to our meeting points for detailed information.

Q: What can I do if I cannot see my driver? A: If you cannot locate or recognize your driver in the Vienna Airport arrival area or in the lobby of your hotel (or in some cases, in front of the hotel), please call the emergency number (or the driver's mobile number) immediately.

Q: What should I do if my flight is delayed and I arrive at Vienna Airport later than the time I specified in my booking? A: Flights are monitored for delays to ensure your driver will be waiting for you at the correct time. However, to assist your driver's coordination, if your flight is announced as delayed, please immediately inform your driver or our local dispatch center. You can find the emergency number on the booking confirmation you receive instantly after completing the online booking process. If you are on an overseas flight and miss your connecting flight to Vienna, please inform us via the emergency number immediately. While we will do our best to provide service at a new time, we cannot always guarantee availability. All changes must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled pickup. If you miss your connecting flight due to a delay of your previous flight, the responsibility belongs to the airline, and they should cover all losses caused by their delay.

Q: Can I receive an invoice? A: Yes. When booking your transfer service via our website, you will have the option to add your company details. You will receive the invoice instantly after completing online payment.

Q: I am a travel agent and want to pay in advance for my clients. How can I do that? A: We accept bank transfers (under special conditions) and debit or credit cards from travel agencies and tour operators.

Q: Do you accommodate large groups? A: We can provide minibuses and large touring coaches for groups upon request.

Q: When will the driver pick me up from my hotel? A: In Step 3 of the online booking process, you can select your requested pickup time from your hotel. The driver will collect you at this specified time.
